Mortgage Market Update...Rate Watch

We will be seeing an increase to Fixed Mortgage rates over the next 24 hours.  The bond rate has continued to inch upwards the past few days. We have had several lenders contacting us with warnings of rate increases.

If you are thinking of moving please contact our office and we would be happy to hold today's rates for you.

The next meeting of the Bank of Canada is on April 12, 2011.

The Bank prime is 3.00%.
