100% Mortgage Update...
We have started the "Bank" new year on Nov 1st, and almost all lending companies have removed their 100% Mortgage options. However I have called CMHC, Genworth and Canada Guaranty, and they are all still offering the Cash Back Down Payment mortgage solutions for lenders. There are now VERY limited number of lenders who are still offering 100% mortgages, however they are available as low as 4.73% ( Which is excellent, as the lender is providing the down payment otherwise for free ) If you know anyone who is renting, or looking to sell with little equity, please let them know these could be the final months of $0 Down mortgages.
