Something of huge value for home buyers with 0%-5% down payments....
Most clients who are looking for a "Free Down Payment" style of mortgage are getting 5.29% currently from the Bank.
I just approved a client with one of my Lenders, with a Outstanding "Free Down Payment" offer at 4.62%, and their credit was only so/so.

My clients are getting $15,000 CASH from my lender, on a $300,000 home, and at 4.62% are saving apx. $10,000 on the 5 year mortgage, compared to the bank's offers !!!! - WOW.
Anyone putting 0%-5% down on a house should call me any get a second opinion on their pre approval including this outstanding Down Payment Incentive.
( You might be much better off to use the bank's 5% down payment, instead of their own money, at this interest rate )
